Who we are

A United States company building Microsoft 365 backup you can trust — with your data staying on infrastructure we own and operate in America.

Backup365 is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. We design, run, and support the platform from the United States so organizations that care about data residency know exactly who holds their backups — and where those backups live.

Unlike services that scatter customer content across third-party public clouds in multiple regions, Backup365 keeps your protected Microsoft 365 data on servers we own and control inside the United States. That data does not leave the US.

US-owned servers

Backup content is stored on systems we own and administer. We are not handing your tenant’s mail and files to an anonymous multi-tenant blob store we do not control.

Dedicated US colocation

Equipment is housed in dedicated colocation facilities within the United States — purpose-built data centers with physical access controls, environmental protection, and on-site operational standards.

Data stays in America

Customer backup data is not replicated to overseas regions for convenience or cost. Residency in the United States is a product commitment, not a marketing footnote.

How we treat client data

Your backups exist to protect you — never to fuel someone else’s business.

We do not sell client data. Backup content is never a product we monetize.
We do not broker or trade data. No data marketplaces, no partner dumps, no secondary licensing of your Microsoft 365 content.
We do not release client data except as you direct (for example, when you export) or as required by valid US legal process.
No advertising use. We do not mine mailboxes, files, or chats for ads, profiling, or training datasets for unrelated products.
Access is limited. Operational access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to run and support the service.
You remain in control. Connect your own tenant, choose what to protect, and export when you need an independent copy.

Independent of Microsoft’s storage

Microsoft 365 keeps your productivity stack running. Backup365 keeps a separate copy of the data you choose to protect — on our US infrastructure — so accidental deletion, retention gaps, or ransomware affecting your tenant do not leave you without a recovery path.

Verification, retention, and ZIP export are built so you can prove what was backed up and take your data with you when you need it.
